The source is sourceforge, so I suspect you need to change the mirror it's
using.

Run "lunar", select "option", "software mirrors", "sforge", then select a
mirror near you.

That will set SFORGE_URL in /etc/lunar/local/config

Also in that file, I would suggest adding:
LRESORT_URL="http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/gentoo/distfiles"
Which is a useful "last resort".
