Description: 
this patch fixes some things:

- the function 'show_tree' will not go into an infinite loop with circular
dependencies (for lvu [tree|stree|eert|leert])
- better parsing of $MODULE_STATUS for: lvu [leafs|orphans|installed|size]
-- the problem was not grep'ing for installed and held -- you'll see in the
patch
