Summary:                    mesa-lib/libdrm_intel
Description: 
On a fresh install the following happened when trying to install mesa-lib:

checking for INTEL... no
configure: error: Package requirements (libdrm_intel >= 2.4.21) were
not met:

No package 'libdrm_intel' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables INTEL_CFLAGS
and INTEL_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

To solve this issue you need to perform the following tasks:

lin -cr libdrm
libdrm: Enable support for radeons KMS API? [n] <- no
libdrm: Enable support for intels  KMS API? [n] <- yes!
lin mesa-lib

So if Intel is a required dependency.. we shouldn't ask users. Again..
this is a fresh install.. Apart from, i have no intel graphiccard..

So for configure to work you need to enable intel at libdrm - Right after
that you'll got another problem with mesa-lib:
