Summary:                    sha1sum for module deluge is wrong
Description: 
Module deluge fails due to incorrect sha1sum. Downloading straight from the
source doesn't help. I think they have made changes to the .lzma file
recently (as in late September).

Workaround: use transmission, it works fine.

Dependencies are also broken. Will work on a fix later today.
