the mythtv module has optional_depends on mythtv_plugins and mythtv_themes
modules... both of them should have actual hard dependencies on mythtv
(both of them fail compilation if mythtv is not installed)

I've just changed the SOURCE_URLs after they failed an 'lget -a'
and have switched these dependencies around, so they depend on mythtv

I have no tv card, so am unable to test, but have probably done
enough to be able to close this BR. Feedback much appreciated.
