Summary:                    elfutils 0.127 breaks binutils
Description: 
After upgrading to elfutils 0.127 could not build anything anymore.
All compiling fails with: "c compiler cannot build executables".

to fix: resurrect your binutils tarball. An update to elfutils is currently
pending and will be out in moonbase soon.
