Summary:                    It wasn't me! Issue 181 auto-assigned to sofar.
Description: 
I've seen several mail messages where reporters appear to have already
assigned their report to a dev, and they have been asked not to.

Well, I just entered report 181 (shadow / Linux-PAM issue) and somehow
it's already assigned to sofar. I didn't explicitly assign it. Honest!

Is the system psychic to match Striker's magical powers?

This is expected behavior, sofar has put himself as the default assigned
user for certain categories of bugs. The tracker automatically assigns the
bugs to that person, not the reporter.
