Summary:                    Circular depends causing issue with XOrg 7.2
upgraders
Description: 
If a luser has libxslt < 1.1.20 installed and does not have libxcb
installed and they attempt up lin libxslt (to update to >= 1.1.20), lunar
will see a missing depends because libxcb isn't installed.  It gets to
libxcb via..

libxslt -> libxml2 -> [Python] -> [tk] - > %X (Xorg7) -> ... -> libxcb ->
libxslt.

I suggest we see if we can make a libxml2-python and/or a Pythong-tk
module to break that depends issue.

I added a TEMPORARY workaround for this to the moonbase.  I commented out
the optional depends on tk for Python, as that seemed to be the lesser
"required" optional depends of the two choices.
