Description:
Privoxy changes owner and permissions on the /usr/sbin directory:
# ls -ld sbin/
drwxr-x--- 2 privoxy privoxy 8.0K Jan 7 16:25 sbin/
Probably due to the folowing line in the BUILD file:
install -c -m 0750 -g privoxy -o privoxy -d /usr/sbin
