Summary: isdn4k-utils fails to build with Makefile.am error
Description:
The Kernel Rebuild Guide at Digital Hermit recommends that isdn4k-utils
should be installed before attempting to build a 2.6 kernel.
Unfortunately it fails to build with warning/error messages about
underquoted definitions in aclocal and a missing ./compile in Makefile.am
Fortunately, it turned out that I didn't need the feature for my
particular kernel configuration :-)
