Summary:                    Move important module related lists to moonbase/
Description: 
We need to move all of the lists that carry definitions of sorts (like
protected files or modules that need to be compiled on their own) over to
the moonbase root directory like we did it with the 'aliases' file once.

The following files need to be moved: excluded; protected; sustained;
solo;
