Summary:                    lservices does not recognize non-us language setting

Line 31 of /usr/sbin/lservices is:
chkconfig --list | grep -w $1 | grep -qw '[0-9]:on'

However chkconfig (current version is 1.2.24h) does not return "on/off"
for languages settings like german (LANG=de_DE), where it returns
"Aus/Ein" or danish (LANG=da_DK) where it returns "til/fra".

I can confirm this bug. JPohlmann's suggestion to export LC_CALL=C
beforehand fixes this problem. I think you should address this issue
immediately sofar ..
