Summary:                    lservices: "chkconfig --list ... | grep -qw
'...:on'" fails when chkconfig prints something else than "on" or "off"
Description: 
I'm using de_DE at euro here and 'chkconfig --list' prints "Ein" and "Aus"
instead of "on" and "off". Due to this, lservices fails to detect whether
services are enabled or not (in /usr/sbin/lservices, function:
service_is_enabled). This could be solved by setting the locale to LANG=C
at the beginning of lservices, as suggested by Jens/perldude.
