I think you miss an up-to-date tar.

I just tried to build linux-2.6-ck and I can't
confirm the bug.

For the BUILD script to find the source directory, I have to edit the
DETAILS and add:
SOURCE_DIRECTORY=$BUILD_DIRECTORY/linux-$KERNEL_VERSION-$CK_VERSION

Perhaps this change should be made to the linux-2.6-ck module?
