Noted in my syslogs the following;

Feb 14 08:52:03 [udev] parse error /etc/udev/rules.d/49-udev.rules,
line 86:77, rule skipped

The line in question;

KERNEL="sequencer*",  NAME="sound/sequencer%n,  SYMLINK="%k"   
GROUP="audio"

I think it is missing a comma after SYMLINK="%k"
