Any module, which is required to have localization should be marked to
avoid downloading and installation by users which can not use it.

For example OpenOffice binary module is in English, however binary
Polish version is also available on authors website (there is also new
source version but is not available in lunar as module). The text
editor like OpenOffice writer must be localized before using by non
English users.

That is why "pl" or "en" letters should be add to file name.
OOo-1.1.4-linux.pl.tgz Polish language
OOo-1.1.4-linux.en.tgz English languale
etc.
