When building XOrg it tries to include a file
/usr/include/linux/config.h. After digging around I noticed I needed
kernel-headers.

Chatting on IRC indicated that this is not a "bug". Perhaps should be
mentioned in XOrgs description or something. Or a check in the BUILD
script. :)
