lrm -D (downgrade) seems to be broken.

Example:

root at xandra ~ # lrm -dv -D thunderbird 0.7.3
++ root_check ()
+ running "thunderbird" DETAILS file
Desired version is not available. Here is the available files
/var/cache/lunar/thunderbird-0.7-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.bz2
/var/cache/lunar/thunderbird-0.7.3-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.bz2

So it doesn't recognize the right version.
