hostap-driver will now be reinstalled after every kernel compile

Is it possible to add hostap-driver to the list of modules that should
be recompiled for the freshly linned kernel?  It seems this is
necessary to do, unless I have my configuration set up really wrong
here, which of course is entirely possible. : o)

it actually should be listed in there AFAIK. I have always done so
manually but indeed adding it might save a lot of time.
