Would it be possible to incorporate a unique "Issue Number" to go along
with each posted issue?  It sure would be nice to be able to reference
a unique number (ie #1457) in a changelog instead of resorting to some
combination of poster + title + date.  

This then natually would have to become a field you could sort/search
by when viewing current/closed issues via the web interface.

This bug tracking system is not perfect yet... please make note of
problems you see and report them back.

I added support to display the 'component' in the overview display.
