docbook-xml is missing from http://lunar-linux.org/lunar/cache/.  I
switched my LRSORT mirror to the nl mirror, which did have the file.  I
hear this is related to the server going down, so there may be other
missing files? Also it looks as if docbook-xsl could be bumped from
1.61.2 to 1.65.1.
