Attached is a proposed module update for cwtext.  It's a version bump++.
 I added a md5sum, updated the description of the module, and "modified"
the build file.

Currently module doesn't have a DEPENDS on Python but the makefile does
actually depend on it.  (this is a defect found in the current moonbase
version of the module).  Python is not needed for running the
application though.  It would be lame to have to add a depends on
Python just for the build of this small application.  So I modified the
BUILD script to make use of Python if it's installed else use a static
version of the file Python would normally generate.  This is completely
safe(TM), as what python was used for was just a convenience for the
developer it seems.
