this is a nasty problem... but only with cvs moonbases. Not fixing, just
'lin moonbase' to regen the depends.cache file.

Ok I really dont know how to describe it so i will try to make a example
of a situation.

Example Module: bbconf in the x11-wm section

If I modify the DEPENDS file to make it not depend on qt3 and set the
rest of the modules in the DEPENDS file to optional_depends like this:

optional_depends  "blackbox"  "" "" "An X11 Window Manager" &&
optional_depends "hackedbox" "" "" "The Bastard Son of Blackbox" &&
optional_depends "bbkeys" "" "" "to configure key bindings"

When I "lin -c -r bbconf" it will look for qt3 to install when its not
listed in the DEPENDS file. Now I went and removed the
/etc/lunar/local/depends/bbconf file and ran lunar fixdepends. Also
made sure that bbconf and qt3 didnt show up together in my
/var/state/lunar/depends file either.  I then re-ran "lin -c -r bbconf"
and it still tried to install qt3.

Anyway, I really dont know if its a bug or not but I figured I would
report it anyway.
