I added a libxml++-1 module and can get the compile to start with the
current gnome/gtkmm tools but compile fails on something else :^(

passepartout doesn't compile:

1) neither 0.2 and 0.5 (now available)
2) it requires libxml++-1.0.x  which we don't have in moonbase

suggest:

- move libxml++ to libxml++2
- add a libxml++ module
