Summary:                    $PLATFORM is not always set early enough causing blacklist.* checks to fail.
Description: 
Currently $PLATFORM is only set in optimize.lunar from
/etc/lunar/local/optimizations, however the blacklist check occurs before
local/optimizations is sourced.  This will cause blacklist to fail on
ARCH's not equal to x86.  My temp solution was to add a PLATFORM=SPARC
line to /etc/lunar/local/config.

found the problem, contemplating a solution, because I do not want
optimization to move ahead in the build process that far (blacklists are
done right after dependency checking)

perhaps have that setting be set in /etc/lunar/local/config like tchan has
done and not set later in optimization

Added proper setting of BUILD and PLATFORM in places where it was needed.
