There are a few cases where tab complete for lvu and 'man lvu' do not
"agree" on what are valid 'lvu XXX' commands.

Tab compelete has the following options and 'man lvu' is missing them:
PRE_REMOVE, prune, DEPENDS, leert, stree

'lvu man' has the following options and tab complete is missing them:
urls, exiled

Just commited a change to the tab-completion file.  Tab complete now
matches all valid lvu sub-commands.  The man page part of this issue is
the only thing left before it can be marked fixed.
