On all my recently installed systems /etc/ntp.conf gets overwritten. I
just updated moonbase, lunar and the core-tools. I also relinned ntp,
but that didn't help much :-(

I do not start ntpd at boot time, since I only need to sync the time
every hour, which i do through 'ntpd -g -q' from a cronjob. Trouble is
that the time doesn't get synced properly with lunar's ntp.conf.

I havent been able to pinpoint what causes the overwrite, but I suppose
it happens during the shutdown somewhere. I haven't really been looking
though...
