the fix is in openjade. see lunar ML message on course of action to get
the fix.

It can't find /usr/share/sgml/dsssl/dsssl-stylesheets-1.78/catalog
because it don't exist, though there is a
/usr/share/sgml/dsssl/dsssl-stylesheets-1.79. Does something need to be
bumped?

this is still broken... bumping to critical since you can't build
GNOME... Note I confirmed this on a brand new install.
