No, you are missing the point here.  Now that you have reiserfsprogs
installed successfully, what happens when you now do again "lin -c
reiserfsprogs" ???

If it is successful then there is no bug.

If your lunar box is in some strange state before the lin then all bets
are off.

/sbin/mkfs.reiserfs and /sbin/fsck.reiserfs are both supposed to be
symlinks not files.  If they are not symlinks then your reiserfsprogs
is NOT installed correctly.

The build fails at the point when installing the programs, specifically
when trying to install /sbin/mkfs.reiserfs. 

So I delete that file and relin. The build will fail again, this time
trying to install /sbin/fsck.reiserfs. 

So I delete both files, the build completes normally and the lin is
successful.
