Summary: Lunar rebuild goes on endless loop
Description:
I just got the latest lunar (today) and am installing on a new machine.
After iso install, lin perl, lin lunar ( I kept moonbase since I am using
stuff from my hardrive and am on 28.8 ) I did lunar rebuild. It rebuild
everything 3 times before I finally stopped it.

Added: after quitting I selected fix deps. It wanted to rebuild glibc and
perl (because of db I think) This went fine. It seems like the whole
process stemmed from a perl thing. Rebuild all because of perl, the
rebuild perl because of something I just rebuild, etc...
