Summary:                    possible python dependency need for rpm
Description: 
While not habing python, I attempted to build rpm. It failed on some python
looking directory. Upon installing python, the rpm build went fine. I have
not reproduced this so this could be a fluke, but...

i moved optional depends on python to a depends.  i have seen this from two
different people now.
