Summary:                    lunar fixdepends borked
Description: 
When helping nestu with a depends issue, i noticed that when running "lunar
fixdepends" without and depends db files it creates a file of ~45Kb, and
if i rerun the command the files has doubles in size, has run it 3 times
in total and ended up with a depends db file of ~141Kb. And now the file
contains a total of 3 copys of each record.

Committed a much slicker and slimmer version of the fixdepends code, that
seems to handle it much better (possibly faster). gigantic reduction of
tmpfile overhead (reduced to zero tmpfiles in use). committed to
theedge/functions/check.lunar.
