Summary:                    lvu vouyer badly broken
Description: 
with out new logging style vouyer is now broken.  this fearure is something
we should fix.

it's not the logging style but the whole tmp_file structure that killed it.
This is a major overhaul of the voyeur scheme.

committed bugfix to theedge/bin/lvu, please test so we can merge down to
lunar quickly.
