Moe, I know it compiled for you but not for me :)

Which version of gimp are you using?

gimp is not installed

That's probably the problem, should have included this from the beginning.

This is fixed with a update on librsvg to version 2.5.0 I will update it
now in moonbase, also I will close this bug.  If the problem persists
reopen it and I iwll look at it again but 2.5.0 compiles for me with the
gimp plugin
