Summary: hc-cron init script appears broken
Description:
Stopping crond: .                                                    [   OK
  ]
Starting crond:                                                      [
FAILED ]
Creating /var/log/lunar/compile/hc-cron-0.14.bz2

root at Gecko ~ # /etc/init.d/crond start
Starting crond: already running [ WARN

The script works but tells the user it failed and freezes the install.

This bug occurs in several modules... perhaps we use hc-cron as the test
case to fix it?

it wasn't the init.d script but I made a better one, the bug was in theedge
and concerns all init.d scripts. Funny enough only some of them suffer
from this. I'll have to investigate on a per-module basis.
