Summary:                    iso fails to umount
Description: 
In rescue or install the 1.3 ISO fails to unmount on reboot. It says it's
umounting /mnt and it hangs. Interestingly there is an /etc dir in /mnt
which also gets installed in /mnt when you do an install from this ISO.

Fixed in the 1.3.1 Lunar ISO.  Reverted /usr/sbin/lunar.install and /etc is
no longer mounted in tmpfs as it was for the 1.3 Lunar ISO.  This was the
source of all the mount/umount problems.
