qt4 and related modules slated for removal

Qt4 has been EOL and unmaintained upstream for several years now. 
Therefore sometime in Jan 2019 I will remove the last vestiges of 
modules dependent on qt4 including qt4 itself. At this point any modules 
that were dependent on qt4 and convertible to qt5/kde5 have been done.

If you still require qt4 then I highly encourage you to place it in your 
zlocal.
