notice: grub2 bootloader plugin

A notice for grub2 users.

A grub2 bootloader plugin has been added. This means that after installing
a new kernel the /boot/grub/grub.cfg file will be updated.
The plugin runs grub-mkconfig and it _will_ overwrite the current file.
In case you have manual changes to /boot/grub/grub.cfg, these will be
overwritten.

You can customize the grub.cfg by making changes or adding files to
/etc/grub.d/.

In case you don't want lunar to update your grub.cfg file. use `lunar set
BOOTLOADER manual`.
