yes, this is the latest guide.
It's a rather bumpy road though, so be vigilant and join #lunar on freenode
if you encounter any problems.

The new iso is on its way. Most of the work has been done already,
but the code for the installer is still missing, so the iso is not functional
right now.

The plan is to create a regular image once the new installer is finished.
That's what most of the recent work was heading for.
