missing packages? prevent them by sending me `lvu missing`

since we're going to switch moonbase content soon, and likely delete 
about 1000 or so packages that are unused, it's quite likely that folks 
will suddenly see their favorite old junk removed from moonbase ;^)

If you'd like to prevent your old packages from being removed by lunar, 
you can help me by sending me the output of `lvu missing` (if you have 
already switched) and I'll retain the packages that are in those lists.

We can still recover packages later at any moment, but, it would be nice 
if folks send me their installed lists.


1) have you switched to the new moonbase for testing yet?

yes -> send `lvu missing` (in theedge atm)

  no -> send `lvu installed`

(list or directly to me is OK).
