No it is not a missing dependency. I have confirmed your build issue on x86_64 
and x86. There is a thread from nmap development about this and I have applied 
a patch to this module and should take fix things; at least it did here. See  
commit a9d8f662538806cb5ecd8d85e4a64a0dd882dda3 .
