Hmm, ls -l  /usr/bin/Xorg
-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 1714096 2009-02-17 17:05 /usr/bin/Xorg

that is was the default settings when Xorg is successfully installed by lunar. 
I have not known anyone needing to hand twiddle Xorg permissions, at least 
just getting X to start up. I can only assume your install got screwed up.
