use REPOSITORY-THRESHOLD instead of {CVS,SVN,GIT]-THRESHOLD

attached is the patch to use -one- variable for the update-threshold of 
repositories. the old thechnique was to use {CVS,SVN,GIT]-THRESHOLD, but only 
CVS-THRESHOLD was configured in the download-menu.

the missing patches are plugins for the git, subversion and cvs modules and 
are in the queue.
