Ppl having problems with my latest change to the XOrg7 profile
(removal of xf86-input-keyboard and xf86-input-mouse and adding
xf86-input-evdev). Plz read the following to understand what this
change means for you:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/EvdevInputDriver
so basically for things to work:
1. remove everything that concerns input devices from your xorg.conf
2. make sure you have CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV=y configured in your kernel
(presumably as a module should work too)
3. if you need a custom layout (so not us) use or setxkbmap or use the
tools provided by your DE (kde, gnome and the svn checkout of xfce
provides tools for this, not sure about the others)
greetz,
Samuel
