hplip printing fix

Hello,

if you have recently problems with printing in Linux using hplip driver:
-printer disappears from hp-toolbox
-hp-setup says:
"PPD not file found."
and
"Printer queue setup failed."

then you can fix this by downgrading cups to 1.3.3 version:
lin -w 1.3.3 cups

and restart cupsd service after lining to make changes active:
service cupsd restart

P.S. This fix might be helpful also for hpijs users but it was not 
confirmed/tested.
