bungmeter is a small graphical network interface monitor.

This is an update and "rename" of fnetload, although really
bungmeter is a fork of fnetload, which appears to be dead.
In fact, if you google for fnetload, the only places that
you will find fnetload are in the Lunar Moonbase and in the
SourceMage Grimoire :-)
