curl update

Just committed an update for curl. 

This is important;

If you have curl installed and do a lunar update and do not have autofix 
enabled you *WILL* want to run lunar fix. 

If you lin moonbase and have curl installed you *WILL* want to run lunar fix.

There are no known show stoppers but there will be some apps that need a 
relin.
