PATCH: update gcc to 4.1.2

Attached is the proper update for the gcc module to update it to 4.1.2, 
including fixes needed for the optimization plugin.

Please change gcc-4 testing to use this patch applied to your local "gcc" 
module... e.g :


lvu edit gcc
cd /var/lib/lunar/moonbase/zlocal/gcc
patch -p3 < gcc-update-4-1-2.patch


we should do another round of collateral damage likely due to this upgrade.
