Making xmlsoft.org the main mirror, cause its an official location of it, not gnome.
Fixed ftp at xmlsoft.org-url for DLing sources.
And ofcourse ftp at gnome.org has .tar.bz2 sources.. but ftp at xmlsoft.org hasn't
