[patch] Recent lunar update breaks alsa-driver build

Don't even waste time with alsa-driver-1.0.13. It's still broken with kernel 2.4.x.
I tried both 1.0.12 and 1.0.13. Only 1.0.11 compiles correctly with 2.4.33.3.
